Angola is a country located in Central Africa. The project demanded the implementation of self-service airport kiosk in one of the airports in Angola. Airports in Africa faced multiple challenges like lack of infrastructure, financial constraints, lack of a skilled aviation professionals, airport connectivity issues etc. Addressing these challenges demands diligent and coordinated efforts from both the government and authorities to enhance the overall aviation landscape.
Panashi offered a well-equipped Airport Check-in kiosk to manage the day-to-day airport affairs. The Airport kiosk was loaded with a bunch of passenger-friendly functions like self-check-in, boarding pass printing facility, baggage tag issuance etc. which streamlined the overall airport experience. The passengers could easily gather all the necessary information via the kiosk touchscreen like flight information, airport services, security rules etc. The kiosk also featured multi-language facility for international travelers.
